Crab Fry
A spicy fry made with crab that tastes out of this world.
This is hot&spicy recipe for all the cra-lovers.Can be served with plain rice.

Ingredients
- Crab
- tomatoes
- Gingelly oil – 1 – 2 tbsp
- Thick coconut milk – 2 – 3 cups
- Curry Powder-4 table spoons
- Aniseeds(powdered)
- Cumin seeds(powdered)
- Turmeric powder
- Popppy seeds(powdered)
- Curry leaves
- Ginger paste
- Garlic paste
- Coconut paste
- Coriander powder
- Kashmiri chilly powder
- Onion paste
- Pepper(powdered)
- Salt
Preparation
Step I
Grind together all ingredients in a mixer grinder(except tomatoes).
Step II
Heat the gingelly oil in a pan or a kadai.
Step III
Fry the curry leaves and the masala paste.
Step IV
Add tomatoes and fry, till it gets cooked.
Step V
Add the cleaned crab and mix well with the masala.
Step VI
6)Add hot water and fry well.
Step VII
Add thick coconut milk and cook again.
Step VIII
Cook, till it becomes dry.
Serve with hot rice.
