Aloo Paratha is an Indian recipe and one of the most popular dish.Allo paratha is the easiest dish that is prepared with wheat flour. It doesnt need any side dish as it has stuffed aloo(potato). It can be eaten along with curd and pickel.
- Boiled Potatoes-2
- chopped Onion-1
- Coriander leaves
- Ginger-small qty
- Salt- as needed
- Red Chili powder-2tsp
- Garam masala -1tsp
For the cover make dough out of whole-wheat flour , as you do for any parantha and roti.
Mash the potatoes.
Add all the stuffing items to mashed potatoes and mix it properly.
Make two medium size chapati, add the filling to the one chapati and cover it with the second one.
Now roll it slightly. Put it in a pre-heated oven at 450-degree. Cover top oven grill with aluminum foil & Place Paratha over it for easy baking.
When top side is done change the side and keep a check .Spread butter over it.
Serve aloo paratha hot with yogurt (curd) and pickel..
We can eat this with chenna masala also.
